How the contract is made

The contract is made when you place your order on dem8.eu and pay for it. You get a confirmation by email at once.

If we can’t make or deliver what you ordered after all, we tell you and refund the full amount within 14 days.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT: the trap A5 €99, A4 €119. Shipping is shown before you order and in the confirmation.

You pay when you order, on the payment page of Mollie: iDEAL, Bancontact or a credit or debit card. We start making the trap once the payment is in.

Making and delivery

Each trap is made to order and ships within 2 weeks after payment. If that slips, we tell you, and you may cancel and get your money back.

It goes by PostNL with track and trace, or you pick it up in Lichtenvoorde by arrangement. Shipping and returns

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the trap, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at shop@dem8.eu, or with the model form below.

Send the trap back within 14 days of telling us; the cost of sending it back is yours. We refund what you paid, including the standard shipping, within 14 days of hearing from you, and may wait until the trap is back or you show it’s on its way.

Colours picked from our standard palette don’t make the trap custom-made: the right of withdrawal applies.

Warranty

The law gives you a guarantee: the trap must work as you may expect. If it is faulty, write to shop@dem8.eu with a photo; we repair or replace it, or refund you.

Marks that BBs leave on the slats are normal wear, not a fault.

Law

Dutch law applies. That takes away none of the protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
